IT’S TIME TO SIGN UP FOR THE GREATER STARK DISTRICT

GOOD TURN WORKDAY

APRIL 16, 17 & 18, 2010

OPEN to All

This Good Turn Weekend is organized by Greater Stark District at the Seven Ranges Scout Reservation.  Join in the fun and fellowship while helping to maintain and develop our Council Camps.  Your Scouts and Leaders will also be meeting the 2010 Pipestone Good Turn Requirement.

Camping is free and lunch is provided for all Units participating in the Good Turn Weekend workday. Saturday, April 17th, is the workday.

Units that are camping can check in Friday night at the Administration Building between the hours of 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Units coming just for Saturday will check in between 8:00 am and 9:00 a.m. at the Administration Building.

A short meeting will be held after lunch in the Dining Hall with one adult leader from each Troop to provide them with updated information about the Camp Honor Program (Pipestone) and to review the status of projects.

Final project and Pipestone Certification review will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday at the Administration Building.

The camp will be closed to all other camping and activities, so Units can plan their own activities for the remainder of the weekend.  Except the U.S. Marines will be using the Compass Course and doing other training at 7-Ranges this weekend.
