Project No.: 0115  Area in camp: Camp Wide Project Name: Seed Large Areas Assigned to: (Troop 74-OC-GT 15 Scouts & 6 Adults) Need Several Troops 2010

Project Description:  Large areas of camp have been disturbed due to improvement projects.  Rake the area to remove stones and prepare seed bed.  Plant grass seed and rake in seed.

Materials, Tools and  Labor provided by Buckeye Council: MATERIAL: Grass seed

Materials, Tools and  Labor provided by Assigned Unit: TOOLS: Gloves, garden rakes, shovels  LABOR: Several Troop all day

Project No.: 0011  Area in camp: Central Camp Project Name: Stain Green Bar Pavilion Assigned to: (Troop 74-OC-GT 15 Scouts & 6 Adults) 2010

Project No.: 0100  Area in camp: Camp Wide Project Name: Miscellaneous Ranger Projects Assigned to: (Troop 26-OC-SK 9-19-09) 2010

Project Description: As directed by Ranger Skip (remove trees and brush along Calumet road)

Materials, Tools and  Labor provided by Assigned Unit: As needed (Gloves, bow saws, axes and mattocks) (Chain saw if BSA certified).

Troop 1-SE-BC

 

Project No.: 0067  Area in camp: Peninsula Project Name: Renovate the Ottawa Latrine  Assigned to: Troop 1-SE-BC 2010

Project Description: Renovate the Ottawa latrine to allow for more privacy for Scouts and leaders.

Project No.: 0056  Area in camp: Dinning Hall Project Name:  Assigned to: Hold for OA 2010

Project Description: Report to Dining Hall at 8:30 AM to clean and set up tables and chairs for lunch, eat lunch at 11:00 AM, serve lunch at 12:00 PM, clean up after lunch and any other work needed in the Dining Hall.

Materials, Tools and  Labor provided by Buckeye Council: MATERIALS: Food, lunch supplies, Windex, Paper Towels.

Materials, Tools and  Labor provided by Assigned Unit: LABOR: Depending on registration for this GTW - 35 Scouts plus adult leaders from one or more Units. SKILLS: Ability to follow directions, transport food on trays, be clean and pleasant. This is an ideal project for units with younger scouts. Five older Scouts will be selected to work in kitchen.
